Respond appropriately if a staff member approaches them to discuss harassment or discrimination of any kind.
Evaluation Packages

Checking the box might meet the government requirements, but it's not the solution.
OUR APPROACH
FOCUSES ON SOFT SKILLS
Workplace development training doesn't work when the focus is on rules and regulations. Our focus on soft skills will ultimately lead to a healthier workplace culture. Typical session topics include:
-
Initiating difficult conversations.
-
Exploring personal and workplace values.
-
Identifying growth zones.
ALWAYS INCLUSIVE
Our sessions discuss the unique needs and challenges related to sexual harassment for your diverse workforce including:
Gender identities
Sexual orientations
Races
Ages
Your entire staff will feel included and encouraged to share their perspectives related to sexual harassment and abuse.
MEETSÂ DIVERSE NEEDS
Our expertise lies in our ability to adapt training to meet the diverse needs of your workforce. We have trained large and small groups of diverse staff in the U.S., Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa.
Training can be conducted in Spanish upon request.
COMPLIES WITH REGULATIONS
With the rise of the #MeToo movement, California is working toward harassment-free workplaces by adopting a new law, SB 1343. This law requires that organizations with five employees or more provide sexual harassment prevention training to all employees by January 1, 2021.
Let Goldtree Training design and deliver a training that won't just tick the box but that will have your staff engaged and excited about building a more positive workplace culture.

WHAT SETS US APART
Effective behavioral and cultural development needs people to people training. Online modules can't connect with the emotional intelligence of your staff or respond to the complex issues surrounding sexual harassment and abuse. Our workshops feature:
A compassionate space for dialogue and personal reflection.
A highly interactive, activity-based design.
No jargon or lectures.
Relevant content optimized for your team.
Actionable and practical skills to enable real change.
Skilled facilitators your staff can trust.

Goldtree greatly impressed the team at the Embassy with their professionalism, capability and flexibility. Simply put, the training they delivered would not have been a success without their guidance, dedication and patience.
